Fuller quality standards. This role supports production operations by providing accurate and timely test results, maintaining laboratory equipment and supplies, and ensuring compliance with all safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.\nPRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES\n70% - Quality Control Testing & Analysis\nPerform quality testing on Work-in-Progress (WIP), Finished Goods, and Engineering Trial products according to established Quality Control Inspection Plans.\nVerify the validity of test results and accurately enter data into SAP and other quality management systems.\nEnsure all test results and related quality data are accurately recorded, maintained, and reported in applicable quality records, databases, and customer portals.\nEvaluate, report, and appropriately identify Non-Conforming and Engineering Trial materials in accordance with site procedures.\nTest expired Finished Goods as required and provide recommendations to Quality Leadership regarding shelf-life extension or disposal.\nInspect and test customer-returned products and communicate findings to Quality and Engineering teams within established timelines to support corrective action investigations.\nGenerate Customer Certificates of Analysis (COAs) through SAP and submit documentation to customer portals as required.\nMaintain and manage retained samples in accordance with established retention procedures.\nCommunicate product quality concerns and testing results to Production and other stakeholders in a timely manner.\n20% - Laboratory Operations & Equipment Management\nMaintain laboratory equipment through routine calibration, verification, cleaning, and preventive maintenance activities.\nMonitor laboratory inventory levels and coordinate replenishment of testing supplies to ensure uninterrupted operations.\nParticipate in laboratory organization and housekeeping activities to maintain a clean and efficient work environment.\nCommunicate shift activities, critical quality issues, equipment concerns, and schedule updates to laboratory personnel and leadership through established communication channels.\n10% - Safety, Compliance & Continuous Improvement\nAdhere to all Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.\nMaintain a safe work environment by following safety protocols and utilizing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).\nSupport continuous improvement initiatives and participate in problem-solving activities.\nPerform other duties and special projects as assigned by the Quality Supervisor or Process/Quality Engineer.\nMINIMUM REQUIREMENTS\nEducation\nHigh School Diploma or GED required.\nAssociate degree, technical diploma, or coursework in Chemistry, Chemical Technology, or a related scientific field preferred.\nExperience\nPrevious laboratory experience required; experience within a chemical manufacturing environment preferred.\nExperience working in a controlled laboratory environment.\nFamiliarity with quality systems, testing procedures, and documentation practices.\nExperience using SAP or similar ERP systems preferred.\nKnowledge, Skills & Abilities\nAbility to read, understand, and follow work instructions and testing procedures.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills.\nProficient computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).\nAbility to communicate effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.\nFamiliarity with Disciplined Process Improvement or continuous improvement methodologies preferred.\nStrong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.\nValid driver's license and willingness to travel occasionally, if required.\nAbility to work effectively in a team-oriented, multicultural environment.\nCORE COMPETENCIES\nSafety First\nCustomer Focus\nAccountability\nTeamwork & Collaboration\nPerformance Excellence\nInnovation\nAdaptability & Change Agility\nProblem Solving & Continuous Improvement\nCalculated Risk Taking\nPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS\nAbility to lift up to 40 pounds occasionally.\nFrequent reaching, bending, stooping, and movement of materials.\nAbility to stand and walk for extended periods during a 12-hour shift.\nAbility to work in a manufacturing and laboratory environment while wearing required PPE.\nPay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, and geographic location.\nThe salary for this role is $21.00 per hour + $1.00 per hour Shift Differential.In addition to your salary, H.B.
