Position Overview

The Team Lead supports daily operations, coordinates team activities, and helps achieve safety, quality, service, and productivity goals. This role provides guidance, training, and performance support while fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment. The Team Lead partners with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence and continuous improvement.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily team workflows and staffing assignments.
  • Monitor safety, quality, and productivity metrics.
  • Provide coaching, training, and onboarding support.
  • Communicate priorities, updates, and operational goals.
  • Identify and implement process improvement opportunities.
  • Support problem-solving and escalation resolution.
  • Maintain accurate operational records and reports.
  • Collaborate with leaders and cross-functional stakeholders.

Minimum Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 2+ years of experience in manufacturing, operations, logistics, or a related environment.
  • 1+ year of experience leading projects, processes, or team activities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic reporting tools.
  • Authorization to work in the country of employment without current sponsorship requirements.

Preferred Requirements

  • Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
  • Experience using ERP, inventory, or production tracking systems.
  • Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement certification.

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, and geographic location.
