Learn more at www.hbfuller.com.\nSPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES AND FUNCTIONS\nReceive, inspect, and store raw materials and finished products according to company procedures\nPrepare and stage materials for production and shipping based on work orders\nOperate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently\nMaintain accurate inventory records in the warehouse management system (WMS or SAP)\nPerform cycle counts and assist with inventory audits\nEnsure proper labeling and documentation for all incoming and outgoing shipments\nFollow all safety, environmental, and quality guidelines, including handling hazardous materials\nMaintain a clean and organized warehouse in compliance with 5S standards\nReport any discrepancies or damaged materials to supervisors promptly\nSupport continuous improvement initiatives to optimize warehouse operations\nHard Skills\n Stand-up Forklift Operator (it´s a must) (verifiable experience)\n Sit-down Forklift Operator (it´s a must)\n SAP system RF Gun\n Basic Computer Skills (it´s a must)\n High school diploma or technical degree\n 1+ years of experience in warehouse or material handling (manufacturing environment preferred)\n Knows the fundamentals of, and can operate all appropriate forklifts, equipment, tools and racks systems, into all appropriate warehouse areas\nSoft Skills\no Ability to work onsite in Guadalupe, Nuevo Leon, Mexico and perform physical tasks (lifting, standing, good physical condition)\no Anticipates problems and initiates preventative actions.\no Demonstrates an ability to work with, and through others to resolve problems\no Displays good oral and written communications skills with all levels of plant personnel\no Displays the ability to work supervised\no Identifies and assists in the resolution of issues to improve efficiency\no Demonstrates the ability to perform and follow the correct procedures\no Participates in all audits that evaluate the quality system\no Active in contributing to safety programs and promotes and enforces those instructions and rules\no Proactively promotes and maintains housekeeping standards throughout the entire plant\no Follow up H.B.
