This role plays a key part in maintaining operational efficiency, supporting profitability, and ensuring the accuracy of financial and inventory processes within the F&B department.\nKey responsibilities:\nMonitor and analyze food & beverage costs to support accurate budgeting and cost control.\nConduct regular inventory audits across warehouses, kitchens, bars, and outlets.\nVerify supplier deliveries, including pricing, quantities, and compliance with purchase orders.\nOversee requisitions and stock movements, ensuring proper stock control and FIFO practices.\nReview POS sales data, tracking voids, discounts, and complimentary items while reconciling POS, PMS, and accounting records.\nPrepare daily, weekly, and monthly cost control reports and collaborate with the Executive Chef and F&B Manager to optimize operational efficiency.\nQualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in hospitality management, Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration\n2-4 years of experience in Cost Control or F&B Control within a hotel environment\nStrong knowledge of POS and PMS systems\nAdvanced proficiency in Excel\nGood command of the English language\nStrong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent organizational abilities\nIn the context of the above position, the company offers:\nCompetitive compensation package.\nProfessional development opportunities in an ever-growing Group.\nPositive and supportive working environment in an organization that respects its people, the environment and local communities.\nFor all applications and information submitted, absolute confidentiality will be maintained.\nH Hotels Collection -
