In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all front office personnel and ensuring the efficient execution of daily operations. The Front Office Manager will lead and coordinate the activities of the front desk, guest relations, and telephone services, with a strong focus on meeting our guests expectations.\n\nWhat You’ll Be Responsible For:\n\nEnsuring the seamless operation of the Front Office Department.\n\nOverseeing daily front desk activities, maintaining high standards of service and meeting guest expectations.\n\nLeading and supervising the reception team, providing ongoing feedback to enhance service quality.\n\nEnsuring full compliance with H Hotels Collection procedures and protocols at the front desk.\n\nEngaging with guests to deliver exceptional service and uphold product excellence.\n\nHandling and resolving any issues or challenges that may arise efficiently.\n\nCoordinating with Reservations and Housekeeping to meet daily operational needs.\n\nFostering a culture of trust, respect, and collaboration among team members.\n\nBuilding strong interdepartmental relationships and promoting teamwork.\n\nMotivating and training staff to meet performance goals in both quality and productivity.\n\nWhat We’re Looking For:\n\nBachelor’s degree in hospitality management or a related field.\n\nMinimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role within a 5-star hotel environment.\n\nSolid understanding of hotel standards and procedures, including ISO 9001, 14001, and 22000 implementations.\n\nProficiency in PMS software, ideally Opera or similar reservation management systems.\n\nStrong command of MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.\n\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills in English;
