We partner with military, national security, law enforcement, and other mission-driven organizations to improve readiness at speed and scale. Our team includes former intelligence professionals who have lived the problems we’re solving. We move fast, have ambitious goals, and are driven by a strong sense of purpose.\nThe work\nH2 Analytics supports military, law enforcement, and security partners through practical, scenario-driven intelligence training delivered in operationally relevant environments worldwide.\nWe are expanding our roster of contracted trainers to support short-duration international engagements on an as-needed basis. These are flexible, contract-based opportunities intended for professionals interested in supporting periodic training engagements rather than full-time employment.\nCurrent areas of instruction include:\nIntelligence Analysis & Tradecraft\n\nOpen-Source Intelligence (OSINT)\n\nOnline Mis/Dis/Malinformation (MDM)\n\nSource Handling & Evaluation\n\nEngagements are typically 1-2 weeks in duration and may support partners across Africa, Asia, Europe, the Middle East, and South America.\nWhat we’re looking for\nWe are seeking experienced professionals with operational and instructional backgrounds in military, intelligence, law enforcement, or security environments.\nIdeal candidates possess a combination of the following experience:\n5+ years of analytical experience within military, intelligence, law enforcement, or security environments\n\nExperience with geospatial and operational platforms such as ArcGIS, TAK, or equivalent systems\n\nExperience with analytical tools such as Gephi, i2 Analyst’s Notebook, Palantir, or similar platforms\n\nAbility to deliver practical, scenario-driven instruction in operationally relevant environments\n\nNative or professional fluency in a second language\n\nEngagement model\nThis is a roster-based contractor opportunity intended for professionals interested in supporting training engagements on an as-needed basis. Engagement frequency will vary based on client requirements, regional needs, and subject-matter alignment. No minimum volume of work is guaranteed.\nSuccessful candidates may be considered for future opportunities across training delivery, scenario development, operational support, or full-time roles as H2 Analytics continues to grow.\nDepending on the nature of the engagement, contractors may be required to meet additional client or regional requirements, which can include travel readiness, insurance coverage, security screening, or other administrative prerequisites.\nHow we use AI\nWe may use AI-enabled tools to screen applications during the initial stage (for example, to identify relevant skills and experience in your resume). However, AI is not used to make final hiring decisions; all shortlisting and hiring decisions are made by our hiring team.","description_format":"text","description_chars":2960,"description_truncated":false,"requirements":{"experience_years_min":5,"management_years_min":null,"team_size_min":null,"manages_managers":false,"education":null,"security_clearance":false,"languages":[]},"benefits":["Insurance coverage"],"hiring_locations":[{"name":"Canada","iso":"CA","kind":"country"}],"hiring_excludes":[],"relocation_offered":false,"industries":["AI Agents","IT Training & Certification"],"lifecycle":[{"event":"open","at":"2026-09-12T15:41:45Z"}],"visa":[],"liveness":{"score":9,"band":"cold","label":"Long shot","p_open":1,"p_active":0.306,"p_room":0.28,"age_days":169,"expected_fill_days":28,"reasons":["conf:3","win:tail","crowd:"],"computed_at":"2026-10-31T05:58:55Z"},"pay":null,"html_url":"https://alion.io/job/h2analytics-intelligence-trainer-contractor-on-call","json_url":"https://alion.io/job/h2analytics-intelligence-trainer-contractor-on-call.json","meta":{"generated_at":"2026-11-01T00:28:51Z","cache_seconds":300,"methodology":"https://alion.io/methodology","terms":"https://alion.io/terms","contact":"https://alion.io/contact","api":"https://alion.io/developers","about":"Alion is a live layer of people, companies and AI agents: who they are, whether they are real and active right now, what they do and how to work with them, readable by people and by agents and paid per call.","catalog":"https://alion.io/catalog.json","usage":{"tier":"crawler_verified","counted_by":"address","units_charged":1,"used_today":796,"day_limit":null,"remaining_today":null,"minute_limit":300,"resets_at":"2026-11-02T00:00:00Z"}},"offers":[{"id":"company.slices","title":"One company in depth, by slice","status":"live","price":{"credits":0.02,"usd":0.002,"plus_per_slice":{"credits":0.05,"usd":0.005}},"unit":"per company, plus each slice with data","note":"the employer in depth","call":{"mcp_tool":"get_company","arguments":{"id":674456},"rest":"https://alion.io/mcp/rest/get_company?id=674456"},"human":"https://alion.io/catalog?offer=company.slices&for=job%2Fh2analytics-intelligence-trainer-contractor-on-call"},{"id":"market.stats","title":"A market slice: pay, demand and time to fill","status":"live","price":{"credits":1,"usd":0.1},"unit":"per slice","note":"pay, demand and time to fill for this role and place","call":{"mcp_tool":"market_stats"},"human":"https://alion.io/catalog?offer=market.stats&for=job%2Fh2analytics-intelligence-trainer-contractor-on-call"},{"id":"job.search","title":"Open jobs by role, technology, place, pay and visa","status":"live","price":{"credits":0.02,"usd":0.002},"unit":"per posting in a list","note":"similar open postings","call":{"mcp_tool":"search_jobs"},"human":"https://alion.io/catalog?offer=job.search&for=job%2Fh2analytics-intelligence-trainer-contractor-on-call"},{"id":"company.verify","title":"Is this company real and active right now","status":"pilot","price":null,"unit":"per company","request":{"url":"https://alion.io/catalog/request","method":"POST","body":"{\"offer\": \"company.verify\", \"for\": \"job/h2analytics-intelligence-trainer-contractor-on-call\", \"note\": \"what you need it for\"}"},"human":"https://alion.io/catalog?offer=company.verify&for=job%2Fh2analytics-intelligence-trainer-contractor-on-call"}],"agent":{"mcp":"https://alion.io/mcp/jobs","mcp_open":"https://alion.io/mcp/open","next":[{"tool":"get_job","arguments":{"id":828710}},{"tool":"search_jobs","arguments":{"company":"h2analytics.ca","detail":"compact"}},{"tool":"match_people","arguments":{"job_id":828710},"note":"people open to offers who fit this vacancy"}],"note":"The same data through MCP tools: https://alion.io/mcp/open needs no sign-in (compact searches, postings, people); https://alion.io/mcp with an Alion account has everything.
