We are looking for a Business Data Analyst to work 3 days per week onsite in Warsaw for a client in the banking sector.

The role connects business teams with technical teams and focuses on data analysis, API design, process documentation, and building data solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Technical analysis and requirement gathering
Data and process modeling (BPMN, UML)
API design and system integrations
ETL development in Python
Power BI reporting
Ensuring data governance, quality, and compliance
Creating documentation and supporting Agile/DevOps delivery

Required Experience

5+ years as System Analyst / Architect
Strong skills in REST API design, ETL (Python), Power BI, data modeling, SDLC, BPMN/UML
Experience with data products, data lifecycle, GitHub, Gherkin
English B2+

Nice to Have

Snowflake
Experience with banking/credit data
