This program supports students enrolled in accredited universities who are pursuing degrees in Architecture, Engineering, Planning, or Environmental Sciences.\nThe Co-Op program is a full-time, paid opportunity that runs during the Spring (January–June) and Fall (August–December) semesters allowing for flexibility based on school requirements. It is designed to help students bridge the gap between academic learning and professional practice.\nResponsibilities:\nAssist with general administrative tasks and project coordination.\nPerform design calculations and contribute to solving technical challenges.\nSupport the development of construction drawings and specifications.\nParticipate in field work and site visits as needed.\nUse AutoCAD and Revit for drafting and design tasks.\nAnalyze and organize data into charts, tables, and reports.\nCollaborate with project teams and contribute to ongoing initiatives.\nPerform other duties as assigned.\nProgram Structure:\nReports to a Project-level employee or above for daily tasks.\nReceives general guidance from the departmental/discipline manager.\nFull-time (40 hours/week), Monday–Friday.\nHourly compensation.\nBenefits include PTO accrual and potential for 401(k) should eligibility requirements be met.\nStudents are responsible for ensuring their university’s academic requirements are met.\nQualifications:\nEnrolled as a junior or higher in a relevant degree program.\nStrong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.\nExperience with AutoCAD and Revit preferred, but not required (especially for Architecture/Engineering students).\nExcellent communication, time management, and teamwork skills.\nAbility to work individually as well as in a team.\nEagerness to learn and a strong work ethic.\n\nThis internship may be offered on either a full-time or part-time basis, depending on business needs and candidate availability.The hourly rate for this role is $19.25 to
