The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a keen attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively across HR functions.\n\nJob Responsibilities\nExtract, analyze, and report on HR data to support operational and strategic initiatives.\nIdentify trends, patterns, and insights from HR datasets to inform workforce planning and decision-making.\nDevelop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor key HR metrics and KPIs.\nIntegrate business performance data and market forecasts into workforce planning to ensure headcount alignment with growth priorities.\nPartner with HR to design and implement data-driven solutions for talent management.\nAnalyze and forecast the impact of HR programs on turnover, retention, and other lifecycle metrics.\nTrack and interpret employee data to support compensation, benefits, and workforce planning efforts.\nProduce monthly and quarterly HR reports for leadership review.\nProvide backup support for Payroll and Benefits on a regular basis.\nParticipate in special projects and initiatives as assigned.\n Education and Qualifications\nMinimum of 2+ years of experience in HR, with a focus on Compensation, Benefits, and Payroll.\nBachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Data Analytics or related field preferred. \nStrong proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with Power BI preferred.\nFamiliarity with Dayforce HRIS platform is a plus.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.\nAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously and shift priorities based on business needs. \nExcellent organizational and time management skills with strong attention to detail. \n\n Standards of Performance\nFollows and ensures the highest level of customer service expectations, for both internal and external clients\nAdheres to HR policies and procedures with professionalism and demonstrates a positive can-do attitude\nDemonstrate a strong commitment to H2M’s core values and the HR team\n\nThe salary range for this role is $66,500 - $84,100 annually.\nThe employment offer may deviate from this published range based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, experience, specialty, knowledge, education, geography and/or related certifications – not related to any applicant’s characteristics protected by local, state or federal law.
