With a focus on developing detailed, quality drawings, they meet with each client to establish the full scope of work before putting pen to paper. By spending time in the field, taking measurements, and asking the right questions, they ensure a level of detail that simplifies the bid and construction process and results in fewer change orders. \nOur MEP solutions place an emphasis on building performance, energy efficiency, and occupant comfort. And while our efforts might not be visible in the finished product, the effortlessness they bring to our client’s building’s operations will be.\nJob Responsibilities\nProject supervision and coordination with other engineering and architecture departments within the firm.\nPreparation of construction drawings and specifications for public and private bidding.\nDirect communication and follow up with clients in support and coordination of all project related activities.\nTechnical leadership, production and scheduling, quality control and cost proposals.\nResponsible for the on-time, on budget and high quality technical delivery of all project requirements.\nManagement/Supervision of junior level staff.\nPerform other duties as assigned.\nEducation and Qualifications\nBachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.\nProfessional Engineer license preferred. \nMinimum 5-7 years of HVAC design experience and at least 3 years of project management experience in a consulting firm or related environment.\nExperience with local municipalities, government agencies a plus. \nMust have demonstrated technical leadership experience, overseeing a project and working with clients. \nAbility to mentor/supervise junior level staff.\nAbility to work independently and in a team environment. \nExcellent oral and written communication skills.\nThe salary range for this role is $80,000 - $120,000 annually.\nThe employment offer may deviate from this published range based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, experience, specialty, knowledge, education, geography and/or related certifications – not related to any applicant’s characteristics protected by local, state or federal law.
