We want ours to run on it. You'll be the engineer on the H2O go-to-market team, building the AI tools, agents, and automations the team uses every day, and the systems that turn campaigns into pipelines.\nThis is an engineering role with real scope. You'll work directly with go-to-market leadership and the team in the US, take a vague request (\"can we automate this?\"), scope it, and ship a working version in days, not quarters. You'll use Claude Code and other AI coding tools as your daily way of working, and you'll review what they write before it ships.\nThis position is based in Sri Lanka.\nWhat You Will Do\nAI tools for go-to-market\nBuild AI skills, agents, and MCP integrations for research, content checks, reporting, and campaign operations.\nTurn workflows that work into reusable tools the whole team can run, with clear documentation.\nGTM systems and data\nConnect HubSpot, Salesforce, and the tools around them so data flows cleanly and is entered once.\nBuild dashboards and reporting that show the pipeline go-to-market produces, and keep the data honest.\nAutomation\nAutomate SEO and GEO: structured data, content checks, and tracking how we show up in AI search.\nAutomate publishing for press releases, blogs, and case studies, from draft through checks to live.\nAutomate event lead capture: list cleanup, enrichment, and HubSpot upload within a day of each event.\nBuild agents that track competitors, analysts, and customer news into a weekly brief for sales.\nHow you work\nWork from tickets on our project board, through pull requests and code review, with tests before shipping.\nLearn the business: who we sell to, what pipeline is, and why each campaign matters.\nWhat We Are Looking For\nEducation -A degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience.\nExperience -1 to 3 years of software development, through work, internships, or serious projects.\nAgentic work you can show us -Agents, AI skills, MCP servers, or LLM tools you've built, on any platform.\nStrong Python -Clean, tested Python for scripts, APIs, data processing, and automation.
