discrepancies.\nProcess payments, review account information, and maintain accurate customer records.\nAssist residents with billing adjustments, payment arrangements, and account updates in accordance with established policies and procedures.\nResearch and resolve billing concerns, discrepancies, and customer complaints in a timely manner.\nExplain utility rates, fees, service charges, and billing procedures to customers.\nAssist with water service connections, disconnections, and account changes as needed.\nMaintain accurate documentation of customer interactions, payments, and account activity.\nHandle customer inquiries in person, over the phone, and through email or other communication channels.\nProtect confidential customer information and follow established procedures and city policies.\nPerform additional administrative and customer service duties as assigned.\nThe Skills We Are Looking For\nStrong communication and customer service skills.\nStrong organization and problem-solving abilities.\nAbility to handle customer concerns professionally.\nCustomer service or billing experience preferred.\nThe successful candidate will have to pass a background check
