This role involves troubleshooting, resolving technical issues, optimizing cloud infrastructure, and ensuring customer satisfaction.\n\nSkill Set :\n\n- Strong understanding of GCP core services (e.g. GKE, IAM, Monitoring, Cloud SQL, Pub/Sub, etc.)\n\n- Terraform - Good hands-on experience with TFE\n\n- Experience with scripting and automation tools (e.g., Python, Bash, Terraform, CloudFormation)\n\n- Good understanding of Kubernetes, Docker, and containerization platforms\n\n- CI/CD - End-to-end deployment process using any tool - Jenkins, GitHub, ArgoCD, GCP Pipeline, and any orchestration tools\n\n- Experience in monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions to ensure the reliability, performance, and availability of data pipelines and infrastructure components on GCP\n\n- GCP certification is mandatory\n\nResponsibilities :\n\n1. Technical Support : \n\n- Provide expert-level support for GCP services, including security and roles.\n\n- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to infrastructure, networking, security, and performance.\n\n- Debug and resolve issues related to application deployment, scaling, and monitoring on GCP.\n\n2. Infrastructure Management :\n\n- Assist customers with setting up, configuring, and managing GCP environments.\n\n- Guide customers on best practices for deploying and managing workloads on GCP.\n\n- Help customers migrate on-premises applications to GCP.\n\n3. Networking and Security :\n\n- Troubleshoot networking issues related to VPC, subnets, route tables, security groups, and NAT gateways.\n\n- Provide guidance on securing GCP environments, including IAM roles, policies, encryption, and compliance.\n\n- Assist with configuring and troubleshooting GCP Load Balancers, Route 53, and Direct Connect.\n\n4. Performance Optimization :\n\n- Analyse and optimize the performance of GCP resources and applications.\n\n- Provide recommendations for cost optimization, resource allocation, and autoscaling.\n\n5.
