岗位职责 / Responsibilities

岗位职责：

1、负责H3C项目和产品技术支持工作，包括项目管理，工程实施，问题处理，技术培训及交流等;

2、负责H3C价值客户，针对客户业务需求的外部沟通，和内部业务部门之间的内部协调，是一个外部需求与内部能力的整合者。

3、本岗位隶属服务团队，通过与市场、研发团队紧密配合为客户提供一流的产品服务体验，通过服务价值引导客户服务需求，配合销售团队挖掘服务机会。

任职要求 / Requirements

岗位要求：

1、有H3CIE或同等证书，并具备H3CIE及以上水平，且拥有3年及以上大规模网络建设经验，熟悉TCP/IP协议，熟悉常用网络技术ospf/bgp/mpls/wlan/SR/SDN等相关技术。

2、熟练掌握数通技术，具备主流厂家交换、路由、安全、云计算相关产品维护经验;

3、本科及以上学历;

4、具备较强的沟通表达能力，较强的服务意识及市场意识。
