This role will be developed and supported by industry-leading training and development, delivered by our highly-skilled in-house team.\nOur people are our brand, and our unique organisational culture echoes our commitment as a forward thinking business.\nAs a Marketing Executive, you will receive:\nA salary of per annum £24,000-£26,000, dependant on experience\n Monday-Friday working hours \n30 days annual leave (inclusive of bank holidays*)\nEmployee Assistance Programme (24/7 access to our confidential helpline)\nThe opportunity to attend company wide events, across the UK\nCompany pension scheme\nCycle to work scheme\nEye care \nThe main duties of a Marketing Executive:\nRecruitment Marketing: Support the promotion of recruitment events and ongoing hiring initiatives through engaging content, paid and organic social media, and other marketing channels.\nInternal Communications: Assist with the creation and distribution of internal comms across various platforms, ensuring clear, engaging, and timely messaging for employees.\nSocial Media Management: Oversee specific company social media accounts, creating engaging organic and paid social posts to achieve defined goals.\nContent creation: Provide content support including collation, writing, proofing and editing of articles, stories, posts and emails. Liaising with our in-house studio to produce supporting imagery and video content.\nProject Management: Collaborate with content creators to develop high-quality content for a range of print and digital platforms.\nEvent Support: Provide remote marketing support to our HR teams in relation to events across the country, including management of merchandise ordering and distribution.\nAnalytics and Reporting: Utilise web analytics tools to track and report on the performance of specific marketing activities. Provide insights and recommendations for improvements.\nRequest Management: Monitor and manage appropriate marketing inboxes and actions requests as required in a timely efficient manner.\nA successful Marketing Candidate will be:\nAn excellent communicator able to craft engaging content, tailor messages for different audiences, and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.\nHighly organised and able to prioritise effectively, managing multiple projects, working to deadlines, and responding to changing priorities.\nA strong stakeholder manager, confident in working with different teams and building relationships across the business.\nHold marketing experience across a range of activities including content creation and social media skills.\nHold strong project management and organisational skills.\nBe adept at working to tight deadlines with exceptional attention to detail.\nAble to demonstrate problem solving excellence.\n1-3 years marketing experience.\nDesirable, but not essential:\nExperience of recruitment marketing \nExperience of publication of internal comms \nExperience using email software is beneficial \nExperience using Content Management Systems (CMS) \nIdeally educated to degree level or equivalent.\nMarketing qualification (e.g. CIM or equivalent) \nProficient in IT and Office packages.\nThe Finer Details:\nWe’ll need
