Here, our dedicated and passionate team turns prime quality yeast, barley malt, and hops into the beloved Habesha Beer that stands as a testament to our commitment to excellence.\n\nPlanning & Reporting Analyst Draught\n\nAbout the Job\n\nRole Summary:\n\nThe Strategic Draught planning, analyses and logistics manager ensures a proper functioning of the draught department in full. Proper planning of Sales demand forecast and as well monitoring planning for maintenance, cleaning and installation of draft machines on deployed outlets and a Logistic operation which ensures proper functioning of the draught business with regards to product availability (in-full) at customers outlets and CO2 distribution plan. This requires coordinating all logistics inputs/resources that will deliver unique consumer experience. He analyses the current way of working for operations, sales and quality management and imposes changes for improvement to reach a maximum ROI.\n\nKey Responsibility:\n\nDesign order processing instruments and simulate same before start-up.\n\nCode all outlets in the first phase and draw up delivery plan.\n\nEstimate number of kegs required for starting phase with trip time calculations and ensure availability at start-up\n\nDesign demand/supply template and agree communication with production and sales.\n\nPrepare the product demand and communicate production team with a specific time interval.\n\nControl and monitor all activities with regards to logistics and product delivery in the warehouses (Habesha owned warehouse for draft)\n\nDetermine supply strategy (Keg ownership, supply system- internal or outsourced)\n\nLiaise with CO2 production companies for supply of CO2 to individual outlets. Sign necessary contracts\n\nCoordinate the market development for new Outlets that are going to be prospected.\n\nEvaluate the prospecting outlets with the standards and installation schedule.\n\nAuthorize delivery of kegs to the trade and empties back to the brewery.\n\nProcess orders and arrange prompt delivery\n\nManage delivery lead time to ensure that it is kept to the minimum\n\nControl security documents to avoid stock-out or re-use.\n\nInvestigate and address reported cases of delivery variances\n\nUse field visits to update information for optimal logistics service in the region\n\nDetermine keg injection plans at all times.\n\nMonitor and control stock level to avoid stock out in the sales outlets\n\nTransfer empty kegs to Debre Berhan as soon as they are received for sustained production\n\nReceive stock, authorize their issues and ensure adequate documentation of stock movement transactions\n\nBe the link between sales, production and distribution to manage keg flow within the system.\n\nEnsure effective utilization of third party fleet and reduce turnaround time.\n\nMaintain record of all registered transporters vehicles.\n\nDraw attention of proprietors to observed lapses.\n\nSupervise the third party fleet to ensure efficient and effective distribution objectives.\n\nEvaluates with agent improvement areas for the total service level circle of Habesha + agent to draught outlets.\n\nWill liaise with the company procurement team for all draught system operational purchases.\n\nManage the CO2 purchase/replenishment system network. This will require doing business with external CO2 suppliers and constantly optimizing supply to reduce cost along the chain.\n\nManage outsourcing contracts for CO2 supply, cleaning/ maintenance (where applicable) and other related services.\n\nWill coordinate the prospecting outlets to be installed for draft operation.\n\nWill forecast the area’ s of expansion and feasibility of the particular expansion with regards to demand and profitability, convenience and companies’ capabilities.\n\nPrepares the schedule for the installation of the newly prospected outlets with all the necessary tools, CAPEX & POS needed for the installation.\n\nPrepares analysis with dashboards for sales, installations, maintenance, cleaning and different strategical ad hoc reports and analysis for management decision and for the department’s own optimization usage.\n\nPrepares Forecasts and strategical optimization plans for the draft department road map.\n\nCreate models that can show the status of the performance of the SKU and assets.\n\nEvaluate the impact of the promotional activities on the sales trend.\n\nBrings intelligence from the industry and analysis that can support the draft sales performance.\n\nCreate a tracking model for CO2 depletion and Keg circulation that can assist a smooth operation.\n\nProvide further insight into the draft organization overall strategy by identifying critical questions performing ad-hoc analyses and revising the continuous business plan.\n\nUnderstanding and presenting of market research and data analysis with regards to draft beer industry and competitors.\n\nPrepare daily schedule for cleaning of draft machines on outlets where its installed.\n\nPrepare unplanned schedule based on requests for cleaning and maintenance of draft machines.\n\nPrepare a six-month maintenance schedule for draft machines based on installation and territory.\n\nPrepares the procurement plan for daily operation of the draft department and for the expansion.\n\nFollows up and monitors the progress of the procurement with the supply chain department.\n\nPrepares all the necessary logistics for the items procured to reach the end user within the draft department once the items are in the warehouse.\n\nFacilitates the proper and optimal circulation of CAPEX, Tools, POS, CO2 and smooth warehouse operations.\n\nComes proactively with advice which improves ROI.\n\nAnalyzes incentive schemes and advises on optimization internally and externally.
