# Home Improvement Program Project Manager

Description The primary purpose of the Home Improvement Program Project Manager (HIP PM) is to ensure owner occupied repair projects are completed on time and within budgetary limits. This position is responsible for scope creation, bid and subcontractor coordination, overall management, billing confirmation, post-build inspections and general oversight of multiple projects from start to finish. This position is also responsible for managing the contractor pool that supports HIP projects. This position requires successful completion of pre-employment background, motor vehicle and other checks. This position reports directly to the Senior Home Repair Project Manager. Requirements What You'll Do Manage Home Repair Projects Conduct initial site visits with homeowners to assess repair needs, identify project priorities, and document project conditions. Develop project scopes and coordinate repair activities from project initiation through completion. Manage multiple home repair projects simultaneously while maintaining schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
