You won’t be handed finished specifications, you’ll help decide what we build, how we build it and what good engineering looks like as the company grows.\nOwn and evolve our embedded architecture and firmware\nBuild robust embedded software in C\nIntegrate sensors and develop reliable sensor fusion and signal processing\nOwn communication between the wearable, firmware and our mobile application\nDebug across firmware, electronics, sensors and the complete system\nDrive power optimization, reliability and performance\nTake prototypes through validation, iteration and ultimately production\nMake architecture and technology decisions with long-term consequences\nEstablish engineering practices, tooling, testing and documentation as we scale\nWork closely with suppliers and manufacturing partners during hardware iterations\nHelp shape the future engineering team and technical culture\nYour profile\nYou’re an engineer who likes owning the whole problem, not just one layer of the stack.\nStrong experience building embedded systems and firmware\nExcellent C/C++ skills\nExperience developing products involving sensors, connected devices or robotics\nStrong understanding of microcontrollers, communication protocols and embedded debugging\nExperience with sensor integration, signal processing and/or sensor fusion\nComfortable debugging problems across software and hardware\nExperience taking a physical product beyond the prototype stage\nStrong engineering judgment and ability to make architectural decisions independently\nHigh ownership: you identify problems, decide what matters and drive them to completion\nComfortable working in a small team with incomplete information and rapidly changing constraints\nStrong plus\nZephyr / RTOS\nBLE and connected-device architectures\nLow-power and battery-powered embedded systems\nPCB design and hardware bring-up\nJ-Link or comparable debugging tools\nMobile/firmware integration\nRobotics simulation such as Isaac Sim\nManufacturing and DFM experience\nExperience bringing a hardware product into series production\nMedical-device development / ISO 13485\nWhy us?\nThere is still a lot left to invent.\nWe have a real product, real hardware and hard technical problems left to solve.
