The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience troubleshooting production issues, analyzing application problems, resolving technical incidents, and supporting Java-based applications.\nThe candidate will work closely with development, QA, and other technical teams to identify and resolve issues and ensure the smooth functioning of applications during the US business hours.\nKey ResponsibilitiesProvide application and technical support for Java-based applications.\nTroubleshoot and resolve application issues, bugs, and production incidents.\nAnalyze application logs and identify the root cause of issues.\nWork with development and QA teams to investigate and resolve technical problems.\nMonitor application performance and identify potential issues.\nHandle support tickets and ensure timely resolution of reported issues.\nPerform debugging and basic code-level analysis in Java.\nSupport application deployments, releases, and production fixes.\nCoordinate with US-based clients/teams during the assigned shift.\nDocument issues, resolutions, and troubleshooting procedures.\nEscalate complex issues to the appropriate technical team when required.\nFollow incident management and support processes.\nRequired Skills2+ years of experience in Java development and/or Java application support.\nStrong knowledge of Core Java.\nExperience troubleshooting Java-based applications.\nGood understanding of SQL and databases.\nExperience working with application logs and debugging tools.\nKnowledge of REST APIs and web services.\nUnderstanding of HTTP, API requests/responses, and basic networking concepts.\nExperience with Git and basic deployment processes.\nGood problem-solving and analytical skills.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills.\nAbility to work independently and collaborate with technical teams.\nGood to HaveExperience with Spring / Spring Boot.\nKnowledge of Linux/Unix commands.\nExperience with application monitoring tools.\nKnowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.\nExperience working in a production support or L2/L3 support environment.\nExperience working with international/US
