You will work closely with designers, artists, and other engineers to build engaging gameplay experiences and ensure our games deliver the level of quality and responsiveness players expect.\nThis role is focused on gameplay and frontend development, where performance, responsiveness, and visual polish are critical. You will be part of a tight-knit development team where collaboration and ownership are highly valued.\nYour key responsibilities include:\nDesign and implement gameplay systems and features for new and existing games.\nTranslate game design concepts into responsive, high-quality gameplay experiences.\nWork closely with designers and product owners to iterate on gameplay and player experience.\nMaintain and extend our internal game development framework.\nWrite clean, maintainable, and high-performance code.\nParticipate in code reviews and technical discussions within the development team.\nCollaborate with other engineers across teams.\nWhat We’re Looking For:\n2+ years of professional software development experience, with several years in the game industry.\nStrong experience with gameplay programming or interactive systems.\nExperience with one or more programming languages commonly used in game development such as C#, C++, Haxe, TypeScript, or JavaScript.\nA strong focus on performance, responsiveness, and player experience.\nAbility to take ownership of systems and features from concept to release.\nExperience working in cross-disciplinary teams with designers and artists.\nStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.\nNice-to-have:\nShader programming experience.\n3d programming experience, such as OpenGL.\nExperience in debugging.\nSocial gaming experience.\nProfessional experience within the gaming industry.\nPersonal or professional experience with AI assisted development.\nWhat We Offer\nClose collaboration with developers.\nA modern office in central Stockholm.\nWork with experienced, passionate colleagues in the gaming industry.\nReal influence, ownership, and personal growth opportunities.\nWellbeing perks including wellness allowance.\nPractical Details\nThis is an on-site position in Stockholm.\nUnfortunately, we cannot assist with relocation or visa sponsorship.\nReady to Join the Game Makers? \nApply now!
