We are now looking for a proactive and service-minded Office Manager who enjoys creating structure, solving problems, and making sure the office is a great place to be.
You are someone who notices the small things before anyone has to ask. Whether it’s preparing for an upcoming event, making sure the office is fully stocked, welcoming a delivery, or finding a quick solution to an unexpected problem, you approach each task with energy and a positive attitude.
The Role
As our Office Manager, you will play an important part in the everyday experience at our Stockholm office. You will help ensure that the workplace remains organized, welcoming, and ready for whatever the day brings.
This is a hands-on role with plenty of variety. It offers the opportunity to gain practical experience in office coordination, administration, and event planning while working in a creative and fast-moving environment.
Your key responsibilities include:
- Making sure shared office areas are tidy, welcoming, and well-stocked
- Coordinating purchases and orders for office supplies, snacks, and other essentials
- Receiving deliveries and handling practical office-related requests
- Supporting the planning and coordination of internal events and activities
- Assisting with day-to-day office administration
- Identifying practical improvements and helping put them into action
- Handling unexpected situations calmly and finding effective solutions
- Contributing to a positive office experience for employees and visitors
What We’re Looking For
You enjoy helping others and take pride in creating an organized and welcoming workplace. You are reliable, attentive, and comfortable managing both planned tasks and unexpected situations.
You bring:
- A proactive, practical, and solution-oriented approach
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Previous experience in administration, office coordination, hospitality, or another service-oriented role
- The ability to manage several tasks and shift priorities when needed
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A positive attitude and a strong sense of responsibility
- Fluency in English and Swedish
- Availability to work from our Stockholm office
Nice-to-have:
- Experience supporting internal events or workplace activities
- An interest in games, technology, or the creative industries
