It offers the opportunity to gain practical experience in office coordination, administration, and event planning while working in a creative and fast-moving environment.\nYour key responsibilities include:\nMaking sure shared office areas are tidy, welcoming, and well-stocked\nCoordinating purchases and orders for office supplies, snacks, and other essentials\nReceiving deliveries and handling practical office-related requests\nSupporting the planning and coordination of internal events and activities\nAssisting with day-to-day office administration\nIdentifying practical improvements and helping put them into action\nHandling unexpected situations calmly and finding effective solutions\nContributing to a positive office experience for employees and visitors\nWhat We’re Looking For\nYou enjoy helping others and take pride in creating an organized and welcoming workplace.
