The consultant will work closely with business and Power users to understand their business needs and develop customized solutions that meet those needs. The consultant will also be responsible for training and supporting business on the use of SAP CX as needed in commerce cloud.\n\nKey Responsibilities :\n\nSolution Architecture & Design :\n\n- Translate business requirements into scalable Commerce Cloud architectures.\n\n- Define data models, service layers and integration patterns between SAP CX, S/4HANA, Sales Cloud and other SAP modules.\n\nDevelopment & Configuration :\n\n- Implement custom Commerce Cloud extensions using Java, Spring Boot, J2EE, and SAP Commerce APIs.\n\n- Leverage composable storefront approaches (e.g., Spartacus, headless storefront frameworks) for responsive, modular front-ends.\n\n- Optimize application performance: caching strategies, code profiling, database tuning and load testing.\n\nIntegration & Testing :\n\n- Develop robust integrations (OData, RESTful services, SAP Cloud Platform Integration) with S/4HANA and upstream/downstream systems.\n\n- Lead unit, integration and UAT cycles; author automated test suites to ensure quality and regression coverage.\n\nMaintenance & Support :\n\n- Troubleshoot production issues; perform root-cause analysis and implement fixes or performance enhancements.\n\n- Monitor system health (logs, metrics) and propose continuous improvements.\n\nDocumentation & Training :\n\n- Produce clear technical documentation: architecture diagrams, API specs, configuration guides and runbooks.\n\n- Mentor junior developers and deliver knowledge-transfer sessions to stakeholders.\n\nCross-Functional Collaboration :\n\n- Partner with functional consultants (SD, MM, FI/CO), UX/UI designers, DevOps and business users to deliver end-to-end solutions.\n\n- Contribute to sprint-based agile ceremonies, backlog grooming and release planning.\n\nRequired Qualifications :\n\nEducation & Experience :\n\n- Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.\n\n- 8+ years of hands-on Java/Spring development, with at least 5 years in SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris) implementations.\n\nTechnical Skills :\n\n- Java 8+, Spring Framework, J2EE, multi-threading and performance tuning.\n\n- SAP Commerce modules: PCM, OMS, SmartEdit, Back-office, and integration APIs.\n\n- Front-end: Spartacus, Angular/React, headless/composable storefront principles.\n\n- Integration: OData, REST/SOAP, SAP CPI/PO.\n\n- Databases: SQL tuning, indexing and caching strategies (Ehcache, Redis).\n\n- DevOps: CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI), Docker/Kubernetes. \n\nSAP Expertise :\n\n- Strong understanding of SAP CX suite (Commerce Cloud, Sales Cloud) and SAP S/4HANA SD module.\n\n- Experience with at least 2 full S/4HANA implementations and 2 rollouts.\n\n- SAP certifications in Commerce Cloud (C_C4HDEV) and SD/S4HANA (C_TS4C_SD_2020) preferred.\n\nSoft Skills :\n\n- Excellent analytical, problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.\n\n- Strong verbal and written communication;
