Supported by a team of professionals skilled in design, sourcing, production, sales, marketing & distribution of premium quality children’s wear, Haddad distributes globally to 100+ countries and maintains sales and sourcing offices in 22 cities globally, including New York, Paris, Hilversum, Shanghai, Egypt, Vietnam, Sri Lanka, and Montreal.\nOverview:\nThe Assistant Sales Manager will assist a Sales Manager and the Global Sales team with multiple accounts while managing all sample requests.\nKey Accountabilities:\nDevelop a deep understanding of all aspects of the international partnership\nMaster usage of Haddad Brands systems which are applicable to the international business\nPartner with Associate Sales Manager and Sales Manager on administrative support needed internally and externally\nParticipate in Haddad Brands trainings including on-boarding sessions as well as systems tutorials\nCommunicate daily with internal teams on tasks completed and pending to ensure the needs of the international partners are being met\nRecap all internal and external meetings and follow up on the actionable next steps\nEnsure samples are effectively managed and pack/unpack samples for all necessary market appointments\nSupport the sales and design team on GTM market preparation\nSupport international customers in off calendar NY market week appointments with their retailers\nSpecial projects as needed\nRequirements\nRequired Skills/Abilities/Education:\nBachelor’s Degree in Fashion Merchandising or related field\nPrior internships and/or related experience required\nExcellent organizational and communication skills with attention to detail\nAbility to multi-task and prioritize in a fast paced environment\nProficient in Microsoft Office\nConsistent in-office presence is vital to the role as it is for all Haddad Brands team members, so that we all have a full appreciation, aesthetically and tactilely, of the qualities that define our brand partners’ products and set them apart from their competitors.\nSalary Description\n$60,000 -
