Supported by a team of professionals skilled in design, sourcing, production, sales, marketing & distribution of premium quality children’s wear, Haddad distributes globally to 100+ countries and maintains sales and sourcing offices in 22 cities globally, including New York, Paris, Hilversum, Shanghai, Egypt, Vietnam, Sri Lanka, and Montreal.\nOverview:\nThe Design Operations Associate will work closely with cross functional partners to ensure consistent and accurate workflow across all brands.\nKey Accountabilities:\nCheck and oversee tech packs for all details throughout the season\nFacilitate the uploading of tech packs inclusive of spec pages, and artwork for sourcing\nEnsure all production package requests are processed accurately and in a timely manner\nMeet all deadlines in adherence to the design calendar\nWork directly with Design, Technical, and Sourcing on all seasonal style specifications\nMaintain Design Standards across specified brand(s)\nAttend and participate in fittings and ensure changes/updates are executed within tech packs and communicated to Sourcing/Overseas Offices\nResolve pre-production and production issues by partnering with both design and sourcing/production/PA/TD to ensure design’s intent is met\nManage daily communication with Overseas Offices/Factories and expedite resolutions to issues in a concise and timely manner\nCommunicate and confirm updates/changes to styles to Souring Team\nCoordinate any additional materials needed for Production\nCommunicate on workload, solve for solutions, and elevate issues\nAttend and participate in Daily Team meetings and Training sessions\nSpecial projects as assigned\nRequirements\nRequired Skills/Abilities/Education:\nBachelor’s Degree in Fashion Design, Product Development or related field\n2+ years of experience in the fashion industry as an Assistant or Associate\nExcellent Excel skills\nExcellent organizational and communication skills with attention to detail\nMust be a strategic thinker, persuasive and collaborative\nProficient in Adobe Creative Suite (including InDesign)\nConsistent in-office presence is vital to the role as it is for all Haddad Brands team members, so that we all have a full appreciation, aesthetically and tactilely, of the qualities that define our brand partners’ products and set them apart from their competitors.\nSalary Description\n$65,000 -
