Supported by a team of professionals skilled in design, sourcing, production, sales, marketing & distribution of premium quality children’s wear, Haddad distributes globally to 100+ countries and maintains sales and sourcing offices in 22 cities globally, including New York, Paris, Hilversum, Shanghai, Egypt, Vietnam, Sri Lanka, and Montreal.\nOverview:\nThe Sales Manager will oversee all aspects of account management for one or more brand/country and is financially accountable to drive results.\nKey Accountabilities:\nManage regional countries and partner with management on sales plans to meet financial targets and drive revenue growth\nDevelop strong, effective relationships with distributors/partners that help identify opportunities to grow the business with current and potential accounts\nIdentify and deliver new business opportunities with new and existing distributors/partners that drive revenue growth\nManage and execute order file for region across all seasons, brands, and categories\nTrack monthly progress by country with global finance team for each of the global partners\nAlign brand consumer and customer strategies to achieve sales goals and profitable targets\nConsistently monitor and respond to opportunities in the market to identify ways to stay ahead of trends\nVisit local markets with distributors to research and identify current trends and present competitive data as it is related to the brand to establish key objectives\nRecruit, train and develop team members to drive business results\nSpecial projects as assigned\nRequirements\nRequired Skills/Abilities/Education:\nBachelor’s Degree in Fashion Merchandising or related field\n3+ years’ experience in Sales or Merchandising in the wholesale fashion industry\nProficient in Microsoft Office (knowledge of AS400 a plus)\nAbility to travel as needed (up to 30%)\nRegional experience and language skills a plus\nExcellent organizational, communication and presentation skills with attention to detail\nConsistent in-office presence is vital to the role as it is for all Haddad Brands team members, so that we all have a full appreciation, aesthetically and tactilely, of the qualities that define our brand partners’ products and set them apart from their competitors.\nSalary Description\n$75,000 -
