Enjoy flexible working hours and the opportunity to make a real impact on our customers, many of whom are restaurants in Barcelona.\nMissions\nLead the establishment and development of a permanent Product Reliability Engineering team, including managing and mentoring engineers.\nImplement solutions, automations, and processes that improve the reliability of the product, with a focus on reducing the inflow of bugs.\nAct as the technical escalation layer for triage, reproduction, diagnosis, and resolution of issues escalated from the Customer Experience team.\nProfil recherché\n - 5+ years of engineering experience, at least some of it in a SaaS startup or scale up- You debug code you didn't write, fast\n- You've owned a bug backlog, either for your squad, or for the entire engineering team at your previous company\n- You think in systems and processes, not only individual tickets\n- You've mentored or led at least 2 engineers. Management experience isn't required\n- AI-native way of working. You already use AI daily, with good judgement and real productivity. Candidates who don't embrace AI are not a fit\n- Fluent in Spanish and comfortable in English.
