Product Engineer (AI, Senior Full Stack)

You will be responsible for understanding customer needs, architecting technical solutions, building backend and frontend code, engineering AI workflows, managing your own projects, and communicating with customers for feedback. The position offers flexible working hours and requires experience in SaaS product companies, product engineering, fluency in Spanish, and proficiency in AI tooling.

Missions

• Comprender las necesidades de los clientes y el contexto del sector de la restauración para diseñar soluciones técnicas adecuadas.
• Desarrollar código backend y frontend, así como flujos de trabajo de inteligencia artificial, equilibrando la latencia, el costo y la precisión.
• Gestionar proyectos de manera autónoma, implementando iniciativas y obteniendo retroalimentación de los clientes.

Profil recherché

- We think these requirements are often achieved with 5 years of experience in SaaS product companies, but for some it might have taken less, and for others it might take more

- Product Engineering experience: end-to-end from ideation, infrastructure, backend, frontend, testing, etc. because we aren't "factory developers", we are engineers of digital products responsible for outcomes, not for implementing requirements

- Fluent in Spanish and comfortable in English. We tend to speak in Spanish at the office and in Slack, and write documentation and projects in English

- Very good use of AI tooling: you have developed good judgement (criterio) when using IA and are very productive with it. You think in terms of AI workflows and automations, at work and at personal life
