As a Senior Product Designer, you'll lead the design function, shape design standards, and own the end-to-end design process. You'll work closely with engineers, track usage, and build haddock's design system from scratch. This is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact in a rapidly growing company.\nMissions\nOwn the end-to-end design process, from discovery to shipped feature, ensuring high-quality outcomes.\nDesign flows and interfaces for both the system of record and AI Agents, turning ambiguous problems into clear, usable solutions.\nBuild haddock's design system and set the standard for brand consistency, from scratch, while continuously improving processes and tools.\nProfil recherché\n - 5+ years of product design experience in scaling B2B SaaS companies- Fluent in Spanish and comfortable in English. We tend to speak Spanish at the office and in Slack, and write documentation and projects in English\n- ⭐ You'll stand out if you've already designed for AI-driven products in production - at haddock we already have 15+ AI workflows live, and that number keeps growing\n- End-to-end product design experience: from discovery and research to interaction design, prototyping, and validation. We aren't looking for a \"screen decorator\" - we need someone responsible for outcomes, not just for delivering mockups\n- Strong command of design systems, including experience building or scaling one as a product grows\n- Active, hands-on use of AI in your design process - not just familiarity, but developed judgment (criterio) for when and how to use it, and real productivity gains to show for it\n- Experience growing or leading a design function at an early-stage startup\n- Familiarity with front-end concepts (components, states) - enough to have real conversations with engineers about feasibility\n- Experience running customer interviews or usability tests end-to-end, not just observing them","description_format":"text","description_chars":2014,"description_truncated":false,"requirements":{"experience_years_min":5,"management_years_min":null,"team_size_min":null,"manages_managers":false,"education":null,"security_clearance":false,"languages":[{"language":"Spanish","level":"Advanced (C1)","optional":false}]},"benefits":[],"hiring_locations":[{"name":"Spain","iso":"ES","kind":"country"}],"hiring_excludes":[],"relocation_offered":false,"industries":["Software","Seafood","Ammunition"],"lifecycle":[{"event":"open","at":"2026-10-07T13:25:49Z"}],"visa":[],"liveness":{"score":13,"band":"cold","label":"Long shot","p_open":1,"p_active":0.469,"p_room":0.28,"age_days":63,"expected_fill_days":26,"reasons":["conf:2","win:tail","crowd:"],"computed_at":"2026-10-28T05:59:10Z"},"pay":{"stated_usd_annual":67516,"is_top_pay":false},"html_url":"https://alion.io/job/haddock-senior-product-designer-b2b-saas","json_url":"https://alion.io/job/haddock-senior-product-designer-b2b-saas.json","meta":{"generated_at":"2026-10-29T01:42:10Z","cache_seconds":300,"methodology":"https://alion.io/methodology","terms":"https://alion.io/terms","contact":"https://alion.io/contact","api":"https://alion.io/developers","about":"Alion is a live layer of people, companies and AI agents: who they are, whether they are real and active right now, what they do and how to work with them, readable by people and by agents and paid per call.","catalog":"https://alion.io/catalog.json","usage":{"tier":"crawler_verified","counted_by":"address","units_charged":1,"used_today":2593,"day_limit":null,"remaining_today":null,"minute_limit":300,"resets_at":"2026-10-30T00:00:00Z"}},"offers":[{"id":"company.slices","title":"One company in depth, by slice","status":"live","price":{"credits":0.02,"usd":0.002,"plus_per_slice":{"credits":0.05,"usd":0.005}},"unit":"per company, plus each slice with data","note":"the employer in depth","call":{"mcp_tool":"get_company","arguments":{"id":3778390},"rest":"https://alion.io/mcp/rest/get_company?id=3778390"},"human":"https://alion.io/catalog?offer=company.slices&for=job%2Fhaddock-senior-product-designer-b2b-saas"},{"id":"market.stats","title":"A market slice: pay, demand and time to fill","status":"live","price":{"credits":1,"usd":0.1},"unit":"per slice","note":"pay, demand and time to fill for this role and place","call":{"mcp_tool":"market_stats"},"human":"https://alion.io/catalog?offer=market.stats&for=job%2Fhaddock-senior-product-designer-b2b-saas"},{"id":"job.search","title":"Open jobs by role, technology, place, pay and visa","status":"live","price":{"credits":0.02,"usd":0.002},"unit":"per posting in a list","note":"similar open postings","call":{"mcp_tool":"search_jobs"},"human":"https://alion.io/catalog?offer=job.search&for=job%2Fhaddock-senior-product-designer-b2b-saas"},{"id":"company.verify","title":"Is this company real and active right now","status":"pilot","price":null,"unit":"per company","request":{"url":"https://alion.io/catalog/request","method":"POST","body":"{\"offer\": \"company.verify\", \"for\": \"job/haddock-senior-product-designer-b2b-saas\", \"note\": \"what you need it for\"}"},"human":"https://alion.io/catalog?offer=company.verify&for=job%2Fhaddock-senior-product-designer-b2b-saas"}],"agent":{"mcp":"https://alion.io/mcp/jobs","mcp_open":"https://alion.io/mcp/open","next":[{"tool":"get_job","arguments":{"id":2024002}},{"tool":"search_jobs","arguments":{"company":"haddock.app","detail":"compact"}},{"tool":"match_people","arguments":{"job_id":2024002},"note":"people open to offers who fit this vacancy"}],"note":"The same data through MCP tools: https://alion.io/mcp/open needs no sign-in (compact searches, postings, people); https://alion.io/mcp with an Alion account has everything.
