Our engineers develop the design - you build a functional, robust system from it. Specifically, this involves constructing a 10 m long drilling rig with a laser drilling head. You are not only in an execution role, but actively contribute your practical experience to find solutions, improve designs, and tackle challenges directly. This is not about series production or routine work. You will work on a prototype that breaks new ground. Your experience, craftsmanship, and sense for practical solutions are crucial for the success of the project.\nYour Responsibilities\nAssembly and commissioning of large-scale, experimental drilling systems\nPractical implementation of design plans into functional assemblies and systems\nIndependent planning and execution of manufacturing and assembly processes\nWelding, machining, and adapting metal structures and components\nSelection and application of suitable manufacturing processes (e.g. turning, milling, welding, assembly)\nIdentification and resolution of technical problems during assembly and operation\nClose collaboration with engineers and the development team\nContinuous improvement of system structure, stability, and functionality\nYour Profile\nCompleted vocational training, for example as:\nAgricultural Machinery Mechanic (master craftsman also welcome)\nConstruction Equipment Mechanic (master craftsman also welcome)\nIndustrial Mechanic\nMechatronics Technician\nor a comparable qualification\nOutstanding hands-on skills and practical execution competence\nExperience with metalworking and welding processes\nConfident handling of conventional manufacturing techniques\nAbility to understand and practically implement technical drawings\nStrong problem-solving skills and a pragmatic approach\nIndependent working style combined with team
