This is a high-impact role for an e-commerce brand builder who brings real judgment, reads a market quickly, and knows how to grow net profit, not just sales.\nYou will report to the leader of our Amazon channel and work as part of a small, high-performing Amazon team. While this role operates deeply within Amazon, we welcome candidates who have built brands across e-commerce, DTC, or marketplace environments and are excited to bring that experience to a scaled Amazon catalog.\nHow You'll Win at Hadley Designs\nYou bring the judgment. Bring better ideas, back them with a clear point of view, and help us raise the bar.\nWe are looking for thinkers who are coachable and confident, not people waiting for a playbook.\nWhat You'll Own\nEnd-to-end ownership of your catalog group's performance, including revenue, net profit, pricing, advertising, and inventory\nReading the competitive landscape, from merchandising and listings to imagery and pricing, and responding with strategy rather than reacting to every price drop\nFinding inspiration outside Amazon, on Etsy, TikTok, Pinterest, and in wider trends, and turning it into product and format ideas\nProduct and format relaunches that lift your catalog\nHow your products look and compete on the page, from main images to packaging and format\nElevating our brand experience on Amazon so your catalog protects its margin and earns a higher price\nAdvertising, listings, experiments, and inventory planning with our supply chain team, used as levers toward profit\nAI workflows that handle the routine work, so your time goes to the decisions that grow the catalog\nClear weekly reporting on results, risks, and next moves\nWhat Success Looks Like\nWithin your first 90 days, you will:\nLearn our brand, expectations, catalog group, and SOPs, and share a clear read of your competitive landscape\nOwn your catalog's weekly numbers and make the first judgment calls that protect margin and lift results\nBring forward product and format ideas, including ones inspired from outside Amazon, with at least one relaunch in motion\nChallenge at least one way we do things with a better one, and be measured on the net profit you deliver\nRequirements\nWho You Are\n3+ years of experience owning a product line or catalog on Amazon, in e-commerce, or in marketplaces, end to end as a business\nA strong visual eye, and you see what wins on the page, not only in the data\nYou read competitors and markets and can explain your reasoning, not just the answer\nYou find ideas outside Amazon and know how to turn a trend into a product or format\nYou know the tactics that grow net profit and you have protected margin and price\nDeep, hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central and Amazon advertising\nAI capability, a CRM and documented SOPs.
