Rowe Price, and Morgan Stanley, we’re building the future of American manufacturing-and looking for exceptional people to help make it happen.\nIf you’re ready to take on the most challenging and rewarding work of your career while helping create American manufacturing jobs for generations to come, you’re exactly who we’re looking for.\nThe Role\nThe Project Manager is responsible for the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) for key programs and products, serving as the central integrator between program, manufacturing engineering, supply chain, and operations timelines.\nThis position partners cross-functionally to ensure alignment between engineering schedules, supply chain lead times, and delivery commitments in a dynamic, high-mix NPI manufacturing environment.\nWhat You'll Do\nOwn the IMS. Develop Integrated Master Schedules for products, programs, capabilities, and production sites. Sequence development, procurement, construction, equipment installation, and qualification activities across concurrent NPI and factory-buildout workstreams for feasible schedules.\n\nOwn updates and ensure the schedule is a trusted tool for decision-making and reliable source of valid data.\n\nTrack schedule performance against baseline, proactively identifying risk, quantifying impacts of changes, and surfacing key insights. Drive solutioning to achieve milestones and maintain delivery commitments.\n\nFacilitate cross-functional schedule reviews and ensure stakeholder alignment on milestone dates, deliverables, and resource trade-offs. Drive accountability for on-time delivery.\n\nSupport definition of scheduling philosophy, standards, and patterns. Systematize and automate to efficiently scale scheduling.\n\nWhat We’re Looking For\n7+ years of experience in integrated scheduling, project management, or engineering or manufacturing planning.\n\nDemonstrated experience developing and managing an Integrated Master Schedule.\n\nStrong knowledge of scheduling methodologies and principles, including for estimating durations and qualifying risk.\n\nExperience using scheduling tools (e.g. MS Project, Primavera P6, Smartsheets, etc) and building automations and connectors.\n\nAbility to partner with stakeholders and drive accountability. Strong communicator and relationship builder.\n\nWhat Will Set You Apart\nExperience in development and scaling phases of aerospace, defense, automotive, robotics, or other complex hardware manufacturing industries.\n\nUndeterred by ambiguity and proven delivery of meaningful outcomes.\n\nAbility to bring structure and process to fast-paced environments while maintaining velocity\n\nExperience supporting multi-site or multi-program production environments and/or working knowledge of SQL, Python, or similar analytics tools.\n\nCompensation\nFor this role, the target salary range is $160,000-$220,000 (actual range may vary based on experience).\nThis is the lowest to highest salary we reasonably and in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting.
