In this role, you will be responsible for building and operating key components of Hadrian's supplier quality program, conducting supplier audits, managing corrective actions, and driving continuous improvement. You will work closely with engineering, operations, strategic sourcing, and product teams to ensure supplier quality processes scale with the business. Missions
- Definir e implementar processos para revisar a documentação de qualidade do fornecedor antes da aprovação do envio.
- Conduzir auditorias de fornecedores para avaliar a capacidade e garantir a conformidade com os padrões de qualidade.
- Gerenciar o processo de ação corretiva do fornecedor, incluindo investigações de causa raiz e resolução de falhas de qualidade.
Profil recherché
- Ability to lead root cause investigations and implement corrective and preventive actions- 4+ years of experience in manufacturing, supplier quality, or inspection of mechanical products in a production environment
- Experience conducting supplier audits or evaluating supplier capabilities
- Experience reviewing quality documentation such as FAIRs, material certifications, and dimensional inspection reports
- Strong understanding of machining processes, GD&T, and precision manufacturing quality requirements
- Certification in supplier or quality auditing
- Experience working with AS9100 or ISO 9001 quality management systems
- Familiarity with PPAP and structured supplier qualification processes
- Experience collaborating with product or software teams to build digital quality workflows or internal quality tools
- Familiarity with Six Sigma methodologies or statistical quality tools
