By combining AI, advanced software, robotics, and full-stack manufacturing, we help aerospace and defense companies build rockets, satellites, aircraft, ships, and other mission-critical systems up to 10x faster and at significantly lower cost.\nFollowing our $1.37B Series D at a $7.87B valuation, Hadrian is rapidly expanding our manufacturing footprint, launching new capabilities across welding, casting, forging, electronics, additive manufacturing, and more, while scaling our Factory-as-a-Service platform to transform how critical products are built.\nBacked by leading investors including JPMorgan Chase, Valor Equity Partners, Andreessen Horowitz, Founders Fund, 137 Ventures, Lux Capital, T. Rowe Price, and Morgan Stanley, we’re building the future of American manufacturing-and looking for exceptional people to help make it happen.\nIf you’re ready to take on the most challenging and rewarding work of your career while helping create American manufacturing jobs for generations to come, you’re exactly who we’re looking for.\nThe Role:\nAs Hadrian grows, we are opening new training areas, standing up new training teams, piloting new training programs and planning the training facilities for the factories we have yet to open. The Workforce Training Coordinator helps build all of that. You will work alongside the people designing our training to turn a new program, team or space into something that runs: planning what each needs, lining up the people, equipment and materials, and having it ready when training begins.\nFor now, this is a building role. You will coordinate in-person pilot programs at our Los Angeles facility, support new training teams as they stand up, and plan training spaces with the teams designing our upcoming factories. As those programs and sites ramp, the role will grow into maintaining the scheduling, logistics and day-to-day execution that keep training running.\nWhat You’ll Do\nYou will coordinate in-person pilot programs in Los Angeles, bringing together participants, trainers, space, equipment and materials, and capturing what each pilot needs so it can run again at scale. You will support new training teams as they stand up, making sure they have the spaces, materials, schedules and access they need to deliver their programs from the first day. You will plan the training facilities for upcoming factories with our facility and workplace teams, defining what each training space needs and tracking it through to readiness before the first cohort arrives. Along the way, you will build the schedules, trackers and checklists that the programs will run on, keep training records accurate, and flag risks early. As programs and sites ramp, you will take on the ongoing scheduling and logistics that keep training running across our sites.\nWhat We’re Looking For\n2+ years in a coordination, project coordination, logistics or operations support role.\n\nExperience helping launch something new, such as a program, team, space or site, and getting it ready on time.\n\nExperience managing schedules and resources for multiple people or projects at once.\n\nStrong written and verbal communication with people at every level.\n\nA record of staying organized and following through on details and deadlines.\n\nComfort with calendars, spreadsheets and software used to track projects or records.\n\nThe ability to adjust plans quickly when priorities change.\n\nWillingness and ability to travel around 20% to our other sites.\n\nWhat Will Set You Apart\nExperience setting up or outfitting classrooms, labs, workspaces or a new facility.\n\nExperience coordinating pilots, training or programs across more than one location.\n\nExperience in a manufacturing, production or industrial environment; the environment can be learned in role.\n\nExperience in aerospace or defense.\n\nExperience with a learning management system or training records system; our systems are taught in role.\n\nExperience ordering, tracking and managing equipment, materials or inventory.\n\nA passion for training, career development and rebuilding the nation's manufacturing workforce.\n\nCompensation\nFor this role, the target salary range is $73,000 - $107,000 (actual range may vary based on experience).\nThis is the lowest to highest salary we reasonably and in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. An employee's pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, performance, and business or organizational needs.\nBenefits for Full-time Employees\nMedical, dental, vision, and life insurance plans for employees 401k\n\nRelocation support may be provided for certain situations, based on business need.\n\nFlexible vacation policy\n\nEquity\n\nITAR Requirements\nTo conform to U.S. Government export regulations, including the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) you must be a U.S. citizen or national, lawful permanent resident, protected individual as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3), or eligible to obtain the required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State. Learn more about the ITAR here.\nUse of AI in hiring\nHadrian uses AI-assisted tools in our recruiting and hiring processes to help our team work more efficiently. This may include tools that help organize and analyze recruiting data, as well as an AI-powered notetaker that can record and transcribe interviews and help coordinate feedback. These tools support our team and are not used to make hiring decisions. All candidate evaluations and hiring decisions are performed by humans. If an interview will be recorded, you will be notified in advance and may opt out at any time with no impact on your candidacy. Candidate data processed through these tools is subject to the same protections described in our Privacy Policy.\nConsideration of Criminal History\nHadrian will consider for employment qualified applicants with criminal histories in a manner consistent with the requirements of all applicable laws. We do not ask about criminal history on our application, and we do not consider criminal history before making a conditional offer of employment.\nHadrian Is An Equal Opportunity Employer\nHadrian does not unlawfully discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, gender, national origin/ethnicity, veteran status, disability status, age, sexual orientation, marital status, mental status, physical disability or any other legally protected status.
