You'll be on a team that works incredibly hard and seeks other exceptional people excited to do the same.\nResponsibilities\nFirst week:\nDay 1: push your first PR to production\nUnderstand the core problems Hadrius solves, our ICP, our value proposition, the Hadrius platform, pricing structure, and roadmap\nLearn the Hadrius way: how we work and build for hyper growth\nGet up to speed on the codebase and our existing AI efforts\nFirst month:\nDeploy 2-3 meaningful improvements to our AI experiences\nOwn the AI architecture for the entire Hadrius product\nFirst 3 months & beyond:\nPioneering and guiding AI efforts\nContinuing to develop the above skillset, paying special attention to scaling challenges as we bring on more and more clients\nHiring and mentoring new team members\nAbout You\nExceptionally skilled: You are highly competent as an engineer, coming from 1,000s of hours of practice.\n\nEngineer first, data scientist second: You’ll should be comfortable shipping production ready backend python code.\n\nCoachable: Open to learning the Hadrius way and raising the bar while you’re at it.\n\nGrit: You’re consistently the hardest working person on your team.\nAll-in: This is not a 9-5.
