Minimize impact on hangar operations and future capacity plans.\nManpower Availability Support: Assist the Resources Planning team by providing reliable data on manpower availability for new business inquiries.\nClosely monitor & verify WIP project progress with Takt team / BM Managers, review whether capacity replan is needed\nReserve / replan capacity consideringproject priority\ntrade capacity availability\nV0 & V1 workload plan from TET & TAKT team\nPotential risk of TRT extension\n\nProject future trade workload to support BM Development Manager with HC recruitment\nWhat You'll Need\nA minimum of 2 years of experience in the aviation industry, with exposure in Project Management, capacity planning or operations analysis \nStrong proficiency in data analysis and statistical methods, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and derive actionable insights\nExperience with capacity modelling tools or techniques to forecast resource requirements and optimize utilization\nFamiliarity with software applications for capacity planning, project management, and data visualization (e.g. Excel, SQL, Power Platform, Tableau)\nAble to work under tight schedule\nA recognized university degree in Production or Industrial Engineering or Data Sciences or related disciplines but not essential\nHAECO Group is an equal opportunity employer.
