We now have operations throughout the Asia-Pacific region, Americas and other parts of the world.\nBased at Hong Kong International Airport (HKIA), HAECO Hong Kong offer a full range of services including airframe services, line services, component services, engine services, freighter conversions, technical training and AOG support.\nPosition Description\nReporting to the Head of Procurement, the incumbent will act as the procurement business partner for Information Technology and transformation related functions across HAECO Hong Kong and affiliated companies.\nThe role is responsible for leading strategic sourcing initiatives, IT vendor management, contract negotiations and procurement governance for software, hardware, cloud services and professional services projects. The successful candidate will drive cost optimization, risk management and value creation while supporting business growth and innovation.\nWhat You'll Do\nStrategic Sourcing & Category Management\nLead end-to-end sourcing activities for IT, digital transformation and technology-related procurement categories.\nDevelop category strategies and sourcing roadmaps aligned with business and technology objectives.\nConduct market analysis, supplier benchmarking and Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) evaluations.\nManage tender, RFP, RFQ and contract negotiation exercises for strategic procurements.\nDrive cost optimization initiatives while balancing operational, technical and business requirements.\nContract & Commercial Management\nLead commercial negotiations and contract development for software, SaaS, hardware, cloud, cybersecurity and professional service engagements.\nReview commercial terms and conditions in collaboration with Legal, Risk and business stakeholders.\nMonitor contract performance, renewal schedules and vendor obligations.\nManage supplier disputes and service escalations where required.\nVendor Management\nBuild and maintain strategic relationships with key technology suppliers and service providers.\nConduct supplier performance reviews and risk assessments.\nIdentify opportunities for supplier consolidation, innovation and value enhancement.\nBusiness Partnering\nAct as trusted procurement advisor to various stakeholders engaging in IT projects.\nSupport project teams in procurement planning and budget optimization.\nEnsure procurement activities align with corporate governance, compliance and policy requirements.\nTeam Leadership\nCoach and mentor procurement officers and executives.\nDrive performance, capability development and knowledge sharing within the team.\nFoster a culture of collaboration, innovation and continuous improvement.\nWhat You'll Need\nBachelor’s Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, Information Systems, Engineering or related disciplines.\nProfessional qualification such as CIPS, ISM or equivalent is advantageous.\nMinimum 7-10 years of procurement experience with at least 3 years focused on IT, technology or indirect procurement.\nProven experience managing RFP/RFQ/tender exercises and complex contract negotiations.\nExperience sourcing one or more of the following:Software Licensing\nSaaS Solutions\nCloud Services\nNetwork & Infrastructure\nCybersecurity Solutions\nProfessional Consulting Services\nEnterprise Applications (SAP, ServiceNow, etc.)\n\nStrong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.\nKnowledge of contract management, supplier governance and procurement best practices.\nStrong stakeholder management and business partnering capability.\nExperience in procurement analytics, cost modelling and TCO assessment.\nFamiliarity with ERP and procurement systems (SAP, Ariba or equivalent).\nExcellent presentation, communication and influencing skills.\nFluent in English and Chinese (spoken and written).\nHAECO Group is an equal opportunity employer.
