We now have operations throughout the Asia-Pacific region, Americas and other parts of the world.\nBased at Hong Kong International Airport (HKIA), HAECO Hong Kong offer a full range of services including airframe services, line services, component services, engine services, inventory technical management, cabin solutions, freighter conversions, technical training and AOG support.\nPosition Description\nWork independently with appropriate guidance from COE Defect Management Manager and/ or Lead Engineers to control and schedule all acceptable deferred defects (ADD) for rectification before its legal expiry date or KPI defined targets; collaborate and arrange rectification plan with various stakeholders in accordance with the planning attributes set by Defect Management Technical and other relevant parties\nWhat You'll Do\nMonitoring and controlling of open ADD within its repair interval \nScheduling of open ADD for trouble shotting and rectification\nManage MEL extension on behalf of customer\nSeek maintenance ground time for ADD rectification\nLiaise with support shops in preparation of rectification plan\nLiaise with COE-PPC CPE to prioritise defect rectification \nReview outstation layover defect clearance opportunities\nReview Hong Kong layover defect clearance opportunities and consolidate ADD package \nCoordinate with various stakeholders in planning specific planning facility limited defects\nReview, consolidate and coordinate high operational ADD aircraft\nReview, consolidate and coordinate long outstanding ADD plan with various stakeholders\nSupervise COE-Defect Management Packaging Team\nWhat You'll Need\nAnalytical, independent, results-oriented, customer focus and project management skills\nA good team player with strong supervisory skills, interpersonal and communication skills\nCompetent in using MS Office application e.g. Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Access, Teams.\nExcellent command of English (mandatory) and Chinese (preferably), both spoken and written\nA recognised degree in Business Management, Engineering, Operational Management or related disciplines.\nA minimum of 5 years of experience in aircraft maintenance industry, previous work experience and knowledge on aircraft maintenance planning would be an advantage\nAnalytical, independent, results-oriented, customer focus and project management skills\nA good team player with strong supervisory skills, interpersonal and communication skills\nCompetent in using MS Office application e.g. Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Access, Teams.\nExcellent command of English (mandatory) and Chinese (preferably), both spoken and written\nCompetent to influence internal and external stakeholders to drive operational excellence\nCompetent to manage complex operation and prioritization\nUnderstanding of MRO planning, defect management and front-line production processes\nHigh level of customer focus and dedication to meeting customer requirement\nAble to efficiently and effectively process large amount of information to make sound decision\nCommitment to initiate and drive business process continuous improvement\nShift work is required\nHAECO Group is an equal opportunity employer.
