This role provides expert guidance on data analytics, leveraging advanced techniques such as machine learning and artificial intelligence to address complex challenges and uncover new opportunities. Working in close partnership with all HAECO business units, as well as Group Digital and IT, the Data Analytics Manager ensures that data-driven strategies are effectively implemented to maximize business value. Through collaboration, technical leadership, and a focus on continuous improvement, this position is instrumental in driving HAECO’s digital transformation and maintaining a competitive edge in the aviation industry.\nWhat You'll Do\nIdentify and translate HAECO Group’s business needs into effective data analytics solutions that balance cost, capability, performance, and speed to market.\nDevelop and maintain the HAECO Enterprise Data Platform, ensuring it is equipped with robust analytics models and tools to support business decision-making and drive process improvements.\nEnsure all data models are developed in compliance with industry and HAECO standards.\nOversee the efficient implementation of analytics projects, ensuring data completeness, quality, and timely delivery.\nContinuously evaluate and integrate the latest, most cost-effective technologies into HAECO’s analytics ecosystem.\nFoster clear and timely communication with business units, IT teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency.\nMaintain a strong balance between data privacy requirements and the organization’s need for accurate, high-performing analytics.\nWhat You'll Need\n1. Functional and other Relevant Experience\nOver 8 years of IT experience, with a strong background in solution design, project delivery, and system integration\nProven ability to develop solutions and make sound decisions for a team with minimal supervision\nDeSkilled in performing root cause analysis on both internal and external data and processes to answer business questions and identify improvement opportunities\nHands-on experience architecting and delivering solutions using the Azure Data Analytics platform, including Azure Databricks, Data Factory,\nFunctions, Storage, SQL Database, Synapse Analytics, Data Lake, and Logic Apps (preferred)\nExperience in the aviation industry is an advantage\nExperience with Microsoft GPT, Qwen, Llama, or similar platforms in custom AI agent development is a plusmonstrated experience in leading teams, including effective coaching and mentoring.\n2. Qualifications and other Relevant Knowledge\nPossess a bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.\nCertification in Microsoft Azure Data Analytics, PowerBI, or similar technologies is considered an asset.\nDemonstrated ability to perform effectively under pressure and proactively address challenges.\nStrong team player with outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.\nSelf-motivated individual able to work independently with minimal supervision and deliver projects from inception.\nHighly passionate about emerging technologies, motivated, and demonstrates rapid learning capability.\nHAECO Group is an equal opportunity employer.
