You will be working closely with the Product Owners and other Digital Designers across the HAECO entities and generating new ideas using the latest methods and technology. The digital products and services designed will interact with internal users and customers worldwide, which will be critical to the success of our digital transformation journey.\nWhat You'll Do\nDefine product problems with the product team and translate them into clear product and design requirements\nRun focused workshops (journey mapping, prioritization, opportunity framing) to align stakeholders and confirm direction and scope.\nConduct user research-interviews, surveys, and usability tests-to understand user behaviors, needs, and preferences.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyse requirements, ensuring designs align with product direction, user needs, and business goals.\nMap end-to-end user flows and design information architecture to enable clear, scalable navigation and well-defined scope.\nCreate low-to-high fidelity wireframes and interactive prototypes to communicate concepts and validate interactions.\nPartner closely with the development team during implementation, provide assets and specs, and support UAT to ensure design quality in the build.\nStay updated on industry trends and best practices.\nWhat You'll Need\n1. Functional and other Relevant Experience\n8+ years of end-to-end UX/Product Design experience with a portfolio demonstrating impact, process, and outcomes.\nAdvanced expertise in interaction design, information architecture, and crafting intuitive navigation flows.\nStrong capability across wireframing, prototyping (low to high fidelity), and production-quality UI design.\nProficiency with modern design and collaboration tools (e.g., Figma, FigJam/Miro, Adobe Creative Suite).\nStrong command of user research methods (interviews, surveys, usability testing) and when to apply them.\nExpertise in gathering and prioritising user needs for user-centric design.\nExperience in usability testing and incorporating user feedback into design iterations\nExperience collaborating in agile, cross-functional environments; comfortable working closely with Product & Development Team\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills; able to present rationale, influence decisions, and build alignment.\n\n2. Qualifications and other Relevant Knowledge\nBachelor’s degree or Higher Diploma in a relevant field (e.g., Design, HCI, Multimedia or related discipline).\nProficiency in Cantonese, Mandarin and English\nHAECO Group is an equal opportunity employer.
