Interested parties should ensure they meet the job requirements and get the valid work visa where necessary.\nPosition Description\nThe Group Technology Business Analyst plays a key role in supporting the development and delivery of new tech initiatives mainly focus on robotics, automation, advanced technology (AR/VR, digital twins, predictive maintenance) applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Project Managers, Solution Architects, Developers, and Business Stakeholders, to gather, analyse, and document business requirements while ensuring alignment with overall project goals. Your role is to bridge the gap between business needs and technical implementation, ensuring that the new tech initiatives deliver tangible value to the organization.\nWhat You'll Do\nLead, liaise and negotiate with end users of the HAECO airframe services locations (Hong Kong & Xiamen) to align on the requirements, delivery schedule and resource commitment\nPrepare and document business functional/non-functional requirements\nPerform User Acceptance Testing, identify and report defects, and follow up with the team on resolution\nAssist the team in maintaining and prioritising the new tech initiatives product backlog based on business value and impact\nEnsure business requirements are properly translated into product features and well-defined acceptance criteria\nCollaborate with internal and external vendors to refine user stories and ensure alignment with technical feasibility\nParticipate in backlog refinement sessions and sprint planning to ensure clear scope and deliverables\nEnsure KPIs and success metrics are clearly defined and measurable to track the impact of new tech initiatives implementations\nWhat You'll Need\n1. Functional and other Relevant Experience\nPossess minimum 3 years of product management experience in the robotics, automation, advanced technology (AR/VR, digital twins, predictive maintenance) categories\nSolid experience in implementing robotics, automation, physical AI, AMR/AGV solutions and consulting projects from concept to launch and sustainment\nGood understanding of hardware product development cycle and relevant robotic product standards\nFamiliar with technology product development life cycle, change management, project management activities, Agile methodology and feature-driven development\nExperience in coordinating engineering, technical design, and development teams, as well as contractors.\nStrong business analysis experience with relevant technical background\nGood presentation and ability to explain complex technical issues to both technical and non-technical stakeholders\nFluent in spoken and written English, Cantonese, and Mandarin\nOperational experiences from airframe services of MRO industry will be a plus\nExperience in business processes reengineering or solution design will be a plus\n\n2. Qualifications and other Relevant Knowledge\nStrong technology literacy with Bachelor or above Degree in Engineering, Technology Management, Computer Science, Information Technology or business-related fields\nA dynamic, adaptive and quick learner with a successful track record in working on cross-functional and cross-team projects. Excellent interpersonal, communication, analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
