The engineer will coordinate maintenance activities with team members and other departments, manage repair documentation, and oversee the quality of completed work.\nWhat You'll Do\nPlan, lead and supervise aircraft maintenance checks\nIdentify and rectify problems and defects\nAnalyze and interpret technical procedures, schematic engineering diagrams, manuals and publications\nCoordinate and interact with various departments to accomplish maintenance work\nEstablish and maintain good business relationship with customers\nManage staff performance and attendance control, and provide skills training to ensure service quality levels are up to standard and all works are carried out IAW Manual and SOP’s\nAny other duties as assigned\nWhat You'll Need\nA valid HKCAD / EASA / CASR / DCAM / CAAS / CAAC / FAA B1.1 or B2 Aircraft Maintenance License endorsed with type ratings\nA minimum of 8 years of experiences in all aspects of aircraft line maintenance including servicing, inspections, defect troubleshooting, repair and rectification as well as maintenance certification\nCapable and confident to handle maintenance task with minimum of supervision and support in line environment.\nStrong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with staff and customers at all levels\nWilling to perform shift duties as assigned to meet operational requirements\nExcellent command of English, both spoken and written\nCandidate with less experience may be considered as Assistant Licensed Engineer\nHAECO Group is an equal opportunity employer.
