In June 2022, it obtained the JCAB maintenance license.\nPosition Description\nResponsible for the function of task evaluation, task detail breakdown with work phase definition & material/tool requirements, maintenance input critical task/path identification\nWhat You'll Do\nResponsible for the function of task evaluation, task detail breakdown with work phase definition & material/tool requirements, maintenance input critical task/path identification.\nDevelop detailed project plans that prioritize tasks based on their criticality and resource requirements, ensuring alignment with overall project milestone and TRT\nMonitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to plans, ensuring that all tasks are sequenced effectively to meet deadlines\nAnalyse and assess potential conflicts between aircrafts, maintenance tasks, utilizing technical knowledge to identify dependencies and constraints that may impact project timelines\nCoordinate with other supporting departments for specialized technical support, technical instructions and provision of critical material & tool.\nMonitor and drive operational performance excellence to enable “Planning-led-Operation”\nWhat You'll Need\nMin. 8 years of experiences in all aspects of aircraft base maintenance, OR\nMin. 3 years of experience in all aspects of aircraft base maintenance PLUS 5 years of experience in Production Planning, with strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word\nStrong understanding of aircraft maintenance processes and workflows, with the ability to evaluate technical task requirements and dependencies effectively\nProficient in qualitative analysis techniques to assess task conflicts and inform planning decisions\nProven ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams, fostering strong relationships with stakeholders to facilitate conflict resolution\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills for clear reporting and stakeholder engagement\nStrong analytical and critical thinking skills to identify issues and develop effective solutions\nGood communication skills in Chinese and English\nCAAC license is preferred\nHAECO Group is an equal opportunity employer.
