The incumbent will focus on delivering innovative, user-centric solutions that drive usability, accessibility, and the satisfaction of both internal users and external customers.\nWhat You'll Do\nUser Experience (UX)\nConduct user research (e.g., interviews, surveys, usability testing, analytics) to understand user needs, behaviours, and pain points.\nOrganize and participate in workshops for journey mapping and requirement gathering to design seamless user workflows and navigation.\nTranslate user requirements into actionable design solutions that align with business goals.\nDevelop information architecture (IA) to structure content for improved accessibility.\nCreate wireframes, prototypes, and mock-ups to visualize ideas and validate design concepts.\nConduct usability testing, gather user feedback, and refine designs to improve functionality.\nIterate designs based on continuous feedback to align with user expectations.\nCollaborate with the product team to define product direction, design, and requirements.\nStay updated on UX/UI trends, tools, and best practices, applying them to enhance design quality.\nUser Interface (UI)\nDesign visually engaging and user-friendly interfaces that balance aesthetics with functionality.\nCreate and refine design elements such as typography, color palettes, graphics, menus, widgets, and buttons.\nEnsure designs are responsive and optimized for mobile, tablet, and desktop platforms.\nCollaborate with Product Owners, Developers, and other Designers to integrate UX/UI design seamlessly into the product development lifecycle.\nMaintain design consistency and scalability through design systems and guidelines.\nWhat You'll Need\nMinimum 5 years of UX/UI design experience with a strong portfolio of successful projects.\nBachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Interaction Design, Graphic Design, or similar).\nExpertise in creating intuitive interfaces, navigation flows, wireframes, prototypes, and user-centric UI designs.\nExperienced with design tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat, Dreamweaver) and Figma.\nProven knowledge of HTML5 and CSS3.\nProficient in user research methodologies (e.g., interviews, surveys, and usability testing) to prioritize user needs.\nExperienced in conducting usability tests and integrating feedback into iterative design processes.\nFamiliarity with Agile development environments is preferred.\nHAECO Group is an equal opportunity employer.
