This role drives equipment reliability, preventive maintenance execution, employee development, and continuous improvement initiatives to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant manufacturing operations. The working schedule for this role is Monday-Friday 10pm-6:30am.\nPrimary Responsibilities:\nOwnership of the preventative and planned maintenance program, driving a proactive maintenance culture. \nDevelop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) for the maintenance department, utilizing various computer software programs including, but not limited to, Maximo, Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Oracle, etc. \nEnsure spare parts availability for all equipment maintained by the department. \nEnsure compliance with equipment calibration requirements, including both compliance of existing equipment and specifying calibration for new equipment. Ensure all equipment is on the calibration system. \nManage projects focused on, but not limited to, process improvements, and equipment installation and upgrades. \nConduct regular communication meetings with the maintenance team to provide feedback on performance, goal progression, safety topics, operational results and business updates. \nReview safety issues regarding all equipment and the facility. Recommend and implement improvements to ensure a safe workplace. \nEnsure employees comply with all written procedures (GMP’s, SOP’s, MI’s and SI’s). \nSupport the completion of engineering evaluations, qualifications, protocols, validations and department projects. \nCarries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, training and developing employees; planning, assigning and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems. \nQualifications:\n5+ years of maintenance or technical manufacturing experience, 2+ years of which in a leadership or supervisory capacity \nAdvanced education in a technical field, such as Bachelor’s, Associate’s, Trade school, or similar. Candidates without advanced education and extensive relevant experience may be considered. \nExperience supporting automated manufacturing equipment, preferred. \nExperience in regulated manufacturing environments, preferred. \nCandidate Skills:\nStrong leadership, coaching, and employee development skills. \nAbility to build, motivate, and lead high-performing maintenance teams. \nStrong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities. \nExperience utilizing structured root cause analysis methodologies (RCA, 5 Why, Fishbone, etc.). \nExperience utilizing CMMS platforms and maintenance performance metrics. \nWorking knowledge of continuous improvement principles, including Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma. \nPay Transparency:\nThe pay range for this role is:\n$68,200.00-$116,000.00/Annual\nThe base pay actually offered to the successful candidate will take into account, without limitation, the candidate’s location, education, job-knowledge, skills, and experience in prior relevant roles.\nIncentives may also be provided as part of Haemonetics’ employee compensation. For sales roles, employees will be eligible for sales incentive (i.e., commission) under the applicable plan terms. For non-sales roles, employees will be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, the target amount of which varies based on the applicable role, to be governed by the applicable plan terms.
