This role ensures adherence to governance, drives cross-functional alignment, manages risk, and ensures successful delivery of complex software programs within scope, schedule, and budget.\n Responsibilities / Essential Duties:\nLead, develop, and mentor a team of software-focused project managers, ensuring strong project execution and professional growth.\n\nEstablishandmaintainproject governance frameworks that ensure clearobjectives, cross-functional accountability, and alignment with business strategy.\n\nOversee planning and execution of software development programs from definition through commercialization.\n\nIdentifyand manage project risks, criticalpath, dependencies, and resource constraints across multiple programs.\n\nEnsure consistent application of project management processes, methodologies, and tools, including schedule management and reporting.\n\nCollaborate with engineering, quality, product, regulatory, and other partners to ensure delivery of compliant, high-quality software products.\n\nEnsure teamscomply withrelevant Quality Management System (QMS) procedures, including documentation requirements for software development.\n\nSupport continuous improvement by collecting,maintaining,and sharing lessons learned across software programs.\n\nPartner with stakeholders to resolve escalations, mitigate conflict, andmaintaineffective communication across all project teams.\n\nProvides a proactive interface between project stakeholders and senior management team to ensure alignment and to provide clear updates on progress and key milestones\n\nLead and manage critical software programs, as needed.\n\n Qualifications:\n7+ years of experience in project management, with at least 3 years of functional management.\n\nExperience managing and mentoring project managers preferred.\n\nStrong understanding of software development lifecycles (Agile, hybrid, or waterfall).\n\nExperience with regulatory and quality frameworks relevant to software-based products (e.g., FDA QSR, ISO standards).\n\nProven ability to manage complex, cross-functional programs with multiple stakeholders.\n\nExcellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.\n\nPay Transparency:\nThe pay range for this role is:\n$124,300.00-$211,700.00/Annual\nThe base pay actually offered to the successful candidate will take into account, without limitation, the candidate’s location, education, job-knowledge, skills, and experience in prior relevant roles.\nIncentives may also be provided as part of Haemonetics’ employee compensation. For sales roles, employees will be eligible for sales incentive (i.e., commission) under the applicable plan terms. For non-sales roles, employees will be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, the target amount of which varies based on the applicable role, to be governed by the applicable plan terms.
