This role is responsible for delivering safe, compliant, and high-quality production in our injection molding area. The shift for this role is overnight (6:30pm-6:45pm) operating on a 2-2-3 schedule.\nPrimary Responsibilities:\nAssign and direct daily work across manufacturing lines to ensure safety, quality, and output goals are achieved.\nEnsures compliance with internal quality standards and regulatory requirements (FDA, cGMP, ISO 13485) while developing systems that enhance visibility and control of key quality metrics.\nSupports and leads investigations, including root cause analysis and corrective action implementation.\nMonitors, manages, and reports key manufacturing performance metrics including output, efficiency, scrap, downtime, and schedule attainment.\nEnsures effective material flow, equipment availability, and labor utilization to prevent production interruptions.\nEnsures TPM activities are planned, executed, and sustained through Area Leaders and technical resources.\nAccountable for ensuring all assigned personnel receive timely onboarding, role-appropriate training, and ongoing qualifications.\nDrives adoption of lean practices including 5S, Kaizen, and standard work adherence.\nUses performance data and trends to prioritize improvement efforts that enhance safety, quality, delivery, and cost.\nUphold company policies and act as a role model for values-driven behavior.\n Qualifications:\n3-7 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with 1+ years in a supervisory capacity.\nProven ability to lead teams, assign work, and enforce accountability.\nStrong knowledge of GMP, GDP, FDA, and ISO 13485 standards is preferred.\nDemonstrated expertise in manufacturing equipment and processes.\nExperience coaching, mentoring, or training associates.\nAbility to balance technical problem-solving with people leadership.\nKnowledge and experience in Lean, Six Sigma, 5S (Required)\nBachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or relevant course of study. In lieu of an advanced degree, candidates with substantial manufacturing leadership experience may be considered.\nPhysical Requirements\nStand for extended periods; oversee hands-on production activities.\nLift/move up to 25 lbs as needed.\nWear cleanroom attire (gown, mask, gloves) for prolonged periods.\nPay Transparency:\nThe pay range for this role is:\n$59,200.00-$100,800.00/Annual\nThe base pay actually offered to the successful candidate will take into account, without limitation, the candidate’s location, education, job-knowledge, skills, and experience in prior relevant roles.\nIncentives may also be provided as part of Haemonetics’ employee compensation. For sales roles, employees will be eligible for sales incentive (i.e., commission) under the applicable plan terms. For non-sales roles, employees will be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, the target amount of which varies based on the applicable role, to be governed by the applicable plan terms.
