The role serves as the key financial advisor to plant leadership and the primary link to corporate finance.\nJob Description:\nComplete monthly analysis of balance sheet activity, identifying risks and opportunities.\nEstablish and maintain key relationships with corporate leadership, finance functions, suppliers, consultants, and other external partners.\nOversee accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable, purchasing-related financial processes, and outsourced accounting activities, ensuring compliance with corporate policies and local regulations.\nSupport federal, state, and local tax reporting requirements.\nManage inventory controls, product standard costing, material cost analysis, productivity reporting, and plant cost savings initiatives.\nLead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes.\nDevelop and maintain budgets, forecasts, and financial plans for the site.\nPrepare and analyze key financial and operational performance indicators (KPIs), identifying opportunities to improve profitability and operational effectiveness.\nReview, approve, monitor, and control site cost center expenses to support financial objectives.\nReview, maintain, and reconcile intercompany transactions, including in-transit shipments.\nResolve issues related to account balances, payments, inventory transactions, and financial discrepancies.\nSupervise, maintain, and enforce internal controls in accordance with corporate policies and applicable regulations.\nSupport the Plant Director with new product introductions, continuous improvement, lean manufacturing, and cost reduction initiatives.\nQualifications:\nBachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field.\n7+ years of professional experience in a finance or accounting related role.\nControllership experience within manufacturing.\nProfessional experience within a global ERP system such as Oracle, JD Edwards, SAP, etc.\nHighly proficient in Excel (pivot tables, vlookup, data extraction, etc.).\nExperience within a regulated industry, preferred.\nPay Transparency:\nThe pay range for this role is:\n$103,600.00-$176,400.00/Annual\nThe base pay actually offered to the successful candidate will take into account, without limitation, the candidate’s location, education, job-knowledge, skills, and experience in prior relevant roles.\nIncentives may also be provided as part of Haemonetics’ employee compensation. For sales roles, employees will be eligible for sales incentive (i.e., commission) under the applicable plan terms. For non-sales roles, employees will be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, the target amount of which varies based on the applicable role, to be governed by the applicable plan terms.
