You will support supplier qualification, audits, problem solving, and cross-functional collaboration.\nWhat You’ll Do\nManage supplier quality for components.\n\nMaintain and update the Approved Supplier List (ASL).\n\nSupport or lead supplier selection and qualification activities.\n\nApply quality engineering tools (SPC, capability studies, IQ/OQ/PQ).\n\nLead 8D investigations for supplier corrective actions.\n\nReview nonconformities and customer complaints.\n\nConduct supplier audits and drive closure of findings.\n\nCollaborate with Factory, Sourcing, CME, AME, and R&D.\n\nEnsure timely delivery of conforming parts using AQL/incoming inspection methods.\n\nSupport CAPA, supplier transfers, and process improvements.\n\nWhat You Bring\nBachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical field and 2+ years of experience in Quality or Supplier Quality (required).\n\nConversant in plastic injection molding and assembly processes.\n\nStrong communication skills and English proficiency.\n\nHighly organized, dependable, and detail-oriented.\n\nProficiency with Microsoft Office (required).\n\nSix Sigma Green/Black Belt certification (preferred).\n\nPay Transparency\nThe base salary actually offered to the successful candidate will take into account, without limitation, the candidate’s location, education, job-knowledge, skills, and experience in prior relevant roles. Incentives may also be provided as part of Haemonetics’ employee compensation. For sales roles, employees will be eligible for a sales incentive (i.e., commission) under the applicable plan terms. For non-sales roles, employees will be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, the target amount of which varies based on the applicable role, to be governed by the applicable plan terms. Employees may also be eligible to participate in the Company’s long-term incentive plan, with eligibility and target amount dependent on the role.
