Join Hager Group as a Sales Excellence Manager in Telford. In this pivotal role, you will enhance commercial performance by optimizing sales processes, empowering the sales team, and ensuring operational discipline across the Commercial and Customer Care teams. You will collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Controlling, and Operations leadership to foster a high-performing, data-driven, and digital sales culture. This is a permanent position that requires regular on-site presence.
Missions
- Design and continuously improve the end-to-end sales cycle, developing playbooks and removing roadblocks to increase sales efficiency.
- Monitor sales KPIs, pipeline performance and win rates, translating data into actionable insights and reliable revenue forecasts.
- Develop sales capabilities through best practices, training and coaching, working closely with sales leaders and teams.
